About the Cable Car
SCHEDULED UPGRADE NOTICE
The Loula & Evangelos Nomikos Foundation informs the public that, due to scheduled maintenance and upgrade works, the Santorini Cable Car will not operate for the public from 01.12.2026 until 15.04.2027.
These works aim to further enhance the safety, reliability and operational efficiency of the cable car system.
Should the works be completed ahead of schedule, normal operations will resume accordingly at an earlier date, following an official announcement.
